We have a Guaranteed 60 day replacement or refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll refund you in full, provided the product has not been used, and that all packaging is intact. Same applies to products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Note. We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
