Jewellery Refund Policy

Refund policy

We have two policies. One for regular jewellery and one for made to order jewellery.

Regular jewellery

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund or replace it within 90 days.

Made to order jewellery

As the piece of jewellery is made to the specific size you ordered, we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund for it. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size. We do however offer a refund or replacement if the item fails to arrive or arrives damaged.

Note. We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
