1. You Contact Us.
2. We will get right back to you. We'll offer you a replacement or a full refund. You don't even have to pay to return the item/s to us.
We'll ask if you don't mind telling us why, but if you don't want to, we're cool with that.
That's it, it's that easy. You'll either have your refund or a replacement sent out, the same day.
There is zero risk to you, whenever you purchase anything from us.
3. You're refunded or replaced.

Exception: Please ensure you order the right size ring. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for wrong sizes.

We have a Guaranteed 60 day replacement or refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll refund you in full. Same applies to products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Note. We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
