There is zero risk to you, whenever you purchase anything from us.

We have a Guaranteed 60 day replacement or refund policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we'll refund you in full. Same applies to products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.


Note. We do not issue a refund if your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, numbers and punctuation carefully.

We are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent into production.

Personalized Jewellery eligibility for return or replacement.

We accept returns and offer replacements for personalized Jewellery in the following cases:
The item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
The item is damaged during shipping.
The personalization details do not match the information provided by you.

Personalized Jewellery non-eligible items:

Personalized Jewellery with errors due to incorrect customer-provided information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates, wrong punctuation etc.) are not eligible for return or replacement. Please ensure the accuracy of personalization details before placing your order.

Wrong size. Please ensure you are ordering the correct size ring, necklace or bracelet, as we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on these items when they have been personalized.
