925 Sterling Silver

1. Soak it in a solution of warm water and dish soap for several minutes.
2. Use a soft toothbrush to clean any crevices.

3. Rinse with warm water.

4. Gently rub with a silver cloth or microfiber towel.

 

Stainless Steel

1. Combine 2 parts baking soda with 1 part water to make a toothpaste like goo.
2. Dip a soft toothbrush into the mixture.
3. Scrub with the toothbrush & mixture.
4. Rinse with warm water.
5. Use a soft towel to remove excess water.
6. Let it sit for a few minutes to completely dry before putting away.
 

 

Titanium

1. Soak it in a solution of warm water and dish soap for several minutes.
2. Soak it in ammonia or Windex for a few more minutes.
3. Rinse with warm water and dab it dry with a clean, soft towel.

Note. Omit step 2 if the item contains other materials.

 

Tungsten & Tungsten Carbide

1. Soak it in a solution of warm water and dish soap for several minutes.
2. Rinse with warm water and dab it dry with a clean, soft towel.

Note. Do not use strong chemicals like ammonia or bleach.

 

 

Leather

Use a slightly dampened cloth, then dab dry.
To remove mildew, use a 50/50 solution of rubbing alcohol & water.
There are special leather cleaning products on the market.

 

 

Gemstones

Always run any gemstone under a tap before polishing, to get the dust off it, and make sure the cloth you polish it with is dust free. All dust contains minute particles of quartz, which will scratch your stones over time.
