We're not perfect, but we're trying hard.

One thing I've learned since starting Zuringa. If you want to get rich quick, you sell junk. If you want to get rich very slowly, you go with quality.

But on the bright side, those that sell junk come and go in a flash. Those of us that sell quality plod on through it all, ever so slowly building a solid reputation.

The hardest part is convincing people that "You get what you pay for" isn't just a saying, but a fact of life!

Also that when you only deal in genuine qualty items, you don't have the sheer volume of sales that the junk sellers do, so don't have fleets of trucks to get it to you as fast as they do. We have to rely on the good old mail service.

Our delivery time is 7 to 14 days to pretty much anywhere in the world. That's actual days, not business days, which really ain't bad. It gives you time to get excited about receiving your goodies.

Incidently, we are quite amazed at the efficiency of mail. We've only had 1 in 120 items go astray to date!

I know we harp on about this a lot, but please be careful out there. There is so much jewellery being sold as something it is not. Always look around a website. If anything looks scammy, walk away. Trust your instincts.

Oh! If anything here looks off, please, please tell us. We look at this website so often, things become invisible...you know, like those road signs you no longer see on your way to work!
